Increased bounce processing latency (Duration: 47 minutes)
Between 14:12 and 15:01 UTC, bounce notifications from certain ISPs were processed with a delay of up to 45 minutes rather than the normal sub-5-minute processing time. Sending operations were not affected. Resolved by scaling the bounce processing queue. No contacts at risk of receiving duplicate sends during this window.

Dashboard report load times elevated (Duration: 2 hours 15 minutes)
Report queries for large accounts (5M+ sends) were timing out intermittently due to a missing database index. Sending was not affected. The index was added and report queries returned to normal response times.
